"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

Another great year at CCC!

Matt and I have, again, felt so blessed by the love and care our sweet boys received this year at CCC! I can't say enough wonderful things about our experiences with the teachers and staff of the school and the church it's affiliated with! To leave your child under the care and influence of other people is a big deal, and to know we could trust that our children were safe and being taught good Christian values with them was so comforting. I can't believe how much they've changed in 9 months!

Tanner went to CCC one day a week and Ms. Heidi and Ms. Susannah loved him! His sweet teachers celebrated his birthday a month early with cupcakes and made this cute craft for Matt and I for a keepsake on his last day.
Carson THRIVED in the Happy Bunch this year! He has learned so much! His teachers always had something fun and exciting up their sleeve. Carson went 2 days a week and looked forward to every Tuesday and Thursday!
Carson has loved puzzles since he was little, but has really gotten good at the smaller piece puzzles this year!
Thumbs up! Good job buddy!
Ms. Laurie is the Children's Director of the church, and the kids had chapel with her every Thursday. They learned lots of Bible stories and songs, and Carson could always repeat back what he learned in chapel each week, including the Bible verses.
Ms. Aloma is the music teacher and the boys loved music class! We were blown away by the Pre-K 3's Christmas program last December, she poured so much into those kids! I loved hearing all the silly songs the boys came home singing! Music was a favorite part of their year for sure!
We have made lasting friendships with classmates, teachers, and staff! Carson will sure miss his Happy Bunch friends, but we plan on having playdates over the summer and look forward to seeing them all in the Pre-K 4's classes next year!
Thank you Ms. Erika and Ms. Nadia for being the teachers we prayed for! Tanner called Ms. Erika "Miss America" all year and she loved that! Ms. Nadia not only poured so much into Carson in so many ways academically and spiritually, but even supported him at 2 of his baseball games this season. The end of the year is always a tear-jerker for Mommy and this year was extremely hard to say "good-bye" but we are so thankful for their love for our sweet boy and all they did to make this year so wonderful!
