"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

11 months

I have to admit, I am a little weepy writing this blog post about our sweet boy turning 11 months. In one month he will officially be "One" and I will no longer be telling people his age in months! :( Tanner is just simply wonderful! He is definitely getting out of the baby stage and making huge strides to becoming a big boy! In the past few weeks he has gone from crawling to running! He absolutely loves being outside and can keep up with his big brother! One of Tanner's new games is opening and closing his bedroom door. He thinks it's hilarious and loves to watch if you're coming in. He also is quite the copycat! You can ask him to do certain tricks and he is quick to copy you. Blowing raspberries, saying "Mmmmm", playing peek a boo, those are just some of his fun tricks. Tanner is a curious little boy, but doesn't get into too much trouble! He likes to explore new things, and had a fun time at his first visit to the science center since he started walking. Tanner is definitely a Mommy's boy. Alot of people have asked if he's into everything and if I'm chasing the boys all over, but the answer is truly no! Tanner has always been my "hip baby".... probably a common 2nd child trait....he of course loves to play and walk around, but he is just as content sitting on my lap no matter where we are! I will soak that up as long as I can! :) Happy 11 months TT! We can't wait to start working on your first birthday party!
