"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

Gilbert Park

We woke up to the most beautiful weather Saturday morning! There was a little bit of a cool breeze, it was perfect park weather! We couldn't wait to spend the morning outside, and headed to Gilbert Park in Mt. Dora. Matt followed Carson all over the wooden playground. They were little climbing buddies. Carson having fun on the slide... And Mommy having fun with her boys on the slide too! After our playground fun, we went on a family nature walk. I have many memories on this nature walk as a kid. My mom and dad used to take me on this exact trail. We saw all kinds of plants and animals, and enjoyed nature. That was until Daddy took us on his own trail and had us climbing over fallen trees! :) Back on the real path and having fun again... Carson insisted on making his dinosaur "ROAR!" out of this tree! It's hard to tell in the picture, but T-Rex is there...roaring out of the tree! Love our family time!
