"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

Getting crafty!

A friend of mine posted on her blog a craft that she recently made, and I was thrilled to steal her idea, haha! I don't have much free time to sit around and think of fun things to make, but this craft was super simple and is something I was needing in my kitchen. It's a menu board! You buy a simple 12x12 frame, letters (I used chipboard letters), and a piece of cute 12x12 scrapbook paper. You place the letters directly on the glass of the frame, then insert the scrapbook paper into the frame behind the glass. Then you write your menu for the week on the glass with dry erase markers! You can change out the scrapbook paper for different looks too. So fun, so easy, and so practical!
