"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

6 months

Our little angel is half a year old! At his 6 month check-up he weighed in at 17lbs 9 oz and 29 inches long. He is over the 95% percentile in height! This month we have ventured into the world of solid food. Tanner is a great eater! He loves his rice cereal, and his fruits and veggies. We are offering him a sippy cup with water now and he'll take a sip or too every now and then. This picture makes me laugh because the sippy cup is almost as big as his head, yet, he holds it very well! He loves his food mesh feeders with bananas in them. We either have to have pj's still on or give him a bath afterwards - he gets quite messy! Tanner loves to swing at the park. He mainly likes to just sit in it and watch his big brother run all around. He laughs out loud at Carson and gives us quite the chuckle too! Tanner is up on all fours and ready to take off. He will rock back and forth for several seconds before make a big lunge forward. He has figured out his own way to get around!
He especially likes the Christmas tree! He will do whatever it takes to get to it. What a fun month watching our healthy, happy little boy grow!
