Our favorite pumpkin patch to visit is at the Sanlando United Methodist Church in Longwood. We have picked out our pumpkins there for the past 3 years. Here was our first visit with Carson when he was only 1 month old...
Our second visit Carson was just over a year, and we had just found out that we were expecting...
Now this year we are a family of four...
Carson knows just what to do!
Time for a little bean bag game...
Daddy and Carson found the perfect pumpkin!
Then we headed home to carve the pumpkin. This was the first year we actually carved the pumpkin. Matt had never carved a pumpkin before, and of course we can't just do something simple. Carson picked out a Mickey Mouse template! Carson wasn't so sure about all the icky stuff coming out of the pumpkin!
Carson was very helpful. At one point, Mickey Mouse's face completely fell out...haha! Matt had to put toothpicks in it to put it back. :)
The end result was perfect, and Matt and Carson were pleased with their Mickey Mouse jack-o-lantern!
