Erica and Benson flew in from Arizona a week before Christmas. We all met at Tijuana Flats to have a special dinner together. Carson was super excited to see his BFF Benson!
It had been about 10 weeks since they left for their new home in Arizona and we were so happy to see them! Carson and Benson sat next to each other at dinner. Carson kept waving and smiling at Benson and Benson was just fine with all the love he was getting from everyone.
We got to see Benson and Aunt Erica several times for playdates. The boys really took to each other and Benson loved playing with Carson's toys. Benson even tried crawling for the first time at our house. He ended up really crawling on Christmas Day but we were SO excited to see this new milestone!
Erica, Benson, and Mrs. M (aka Gigi) came over for a special Christmas lunch that we hosted. We had lunch together and let the boys open the presents that they got for each other.
Scott came before Christmas and the Saturday before they flew out we went to a lunch at his parents house. We miss them terribly already but are looking forward to seeing them again soon!
