"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

"Oh Christmas Tree"

After an early morning of Black Friday Christmas shopping, and a much needed nap, Matt and I took Carson to pick out our Christmas Tree. Carson picked it out himself.... Matt and Carson opened it up to make sure it was perfect. Notice that they are BOTH making the same mouth movement! So funny!
We had a little bit of an issue with an old Christmas tree stand leaking water all over our carpet, but we quickly figured out the problem and had a new one in no time! Carson helps Mommy put the ornaments on (no, not really...he is taking them off!) :)
Tada! Our Christmas tree!

  1. I nearly fell off of my chair laughing at the "tada" pic! That's hilarious! Carson is too cute! He makes me smile! P.S. Your house is so clean! How do you keep your house so clean?! My apartment looks like teenage boys live here compared to your house! You go, girl!

  2. These pictures are the best!! I love how he looks so angelic "putting ornaments on the tree" even though that's not what's happening! He's the cutest!! And the "tada" picture is too much!
