"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

More celebrating...Animal Kingdom!

We wanted to take Tanner to do something fun for his birthday. If you know Tanner, his top 3 favorites are animals, trains, and dinosaurs! Animal Kingdom fit all 3 of these! So Grandma got us in the Saturday after his birthday!
First up, the train! Tanner had the opportunity to say "All aboard!" on the loud speaker like Carson did on his third birthday, but Tanner is a little more shy. We got an up close view at the steam engine though, and had a fun time riding it to and from the animal petting area.
Tanner LOVES animals! He is always picking up lizards, bugs, and jumps at the chance to pet a dog, or any animal for that matter. Here he is with his little goat friend...
The last time we came to Animal Kingdom, Tanner actually laid down beside the pig on the ground! Reunited with his dirty piggy friend...
The boys loved brushing the pigs and goats...
Then we headed to the animal safari jeep tour!
All of the animals were wide awake and ready to pose for pictures!

Elephants...
Our tour guide was SO excited when we pulled up to the lion area and noticed they were actually awake and out on the rocks! We couldn't wait to see them and were able to get a great view!
After the fun safari ride, we went to Rainforest Cafe for lunch! The boys thought the inside was SO cool!
There was a huge aquarium to look at while we waited to be seated.
Our table was right under the giant gorilla. It was so fun to see the lights go off and on and hear the "rainstorm" while we ate.
Happy boy!
Lunch was delicious and the boys did great! They were very entertained by all there was to look at.
Then the awesome waitresses brought TT a special birthday cupcake and sang to him! Can't believe how big he is!
Our final stop was in Dinosaur World where we played on the dinosaur playground, dug for fossils, and rode the Triceratops spinning ride.
On our way out, we ate yummy (and messy!) Mickey ice cream bars to cool off!
Such a fun family day celebrating our sweet Tanner Matthew!
