"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 4: 6-9

Visiting Pepaw and Great Grandma!

On our first day of Spring Break, we headed up to the Villages to visit with Pepaw and Great Grandma! It didn't take but 30 seconds before the kids were asking Pepaw for vanilla wafer cookies! Pepaw always makes sure he has some when he knows the kids are coming, they love them!
Then they pulled out all of the toys and went to work building and playing! These toys are the toys we grew up playing with and it's so neat to see our own kids playing with them now too! Carson built a "camera"...
And then went around taking everyone's picture. Pepaw gave Carson quite the chuckle when he did this instead of saying "cheese!"...
Great Grandma gets her picture taken too of course, but not without a detailed explanation of how he built it...
These two just crack me up! Best buddies! (Nice hip action Carson, and beautiful shoes Hannie!)
Great Grandma definitely got some Hadley love!
After our fun inside, we all moved outside to enjoy the beautiful weather! The kids rode bikes, scooters, and played soccer...

Then it was time to show Pepaw and Great Grandma the kids on an Easter Egg Hunt! Nana put out all the eggs and then the kids hunted for them. They were super fast!
After our Egg hunt, we all took turns on the golf cart, another must when we visit! The boys love to "honk" the horn on the golf cart as we pass each car!
We had such a fun day with Pepaw and Great Grandma and cherish each time we visit! We love spending time with them!
